Fasting Requirements

Choose a fast suitable for your lifestyle and schedule from the three options below. You know what your limits are, but make it sacrificial.

Normal Fast – Abstaining from food, drinking liquids only (water and/or juice) until 6:00 PM
Partial Fast – Abstaining from certain foods or omitting certain meals
The Daniel Fast – An all day fast consisting of vegetables, fruits, nuts and water

Each day, we will focus on a specific topic and scripture as the basis of our daily meditation. As we continue to move forward in God’s will and plan for our lives, the purpose of this corporate fast is to clear our hearts and minds of any clutter to clearly hear the voice of God.

Move Your Body

CEOs know that their health is wealth. During this 30-Day CEO Challenge, make movement a non-negotiable part of your daily routine. Whether it's a long walk around the neighborhood, a quick session of jump rope in your backyard, or a few minutes of stretching to unwind after a long day, there are countless ways to incorporate at least 15 minutes of movement into your day, no matter how busy your schedule may be.

By prioritizing daily movement, you'll experience a multitude of benefits, including increased energy levels, improved mood, enhanced focus and productivity, and reduced stress and anxiety. Plus, regular physical activity is essential for maintaining optimal health and preventing the negative effects of a sedentary lifestyle.

Prayer is the Priority

In the fast-paced world of business, CEOs often find themselves navigating through challenges, decisions, and uncertainties on a daily basis. At times, the weight of responsibility can feel overwhelming, and the need for guidance and support becomes paramount.

With respect to the importance of spiritual strength and mental fortitude in the life of the CEO, we invite you to join us for corporate prayer for the next 30 days, weekdays each day at 7:00 AM CT. Reflect Gratitude

For the next 30 days, we challenge you to commit to daily journaling about gratitude. Gratitude reflection brings about a perspective shift, allowing you to see the blessings, possibilities, and opportunities in your life and business more clearly. Each day, take a moment to reflect on the blessings, opportunities, and joys in your life, both big and small. Whether it's a supportive team member, a successful project launch, a meaningful connection with a client, or simply the warmth of the sun on your face, there's always something to be grateful for.

No Strife Allowed...Just Love

In the hustle and bustle of the business world, it's easy to get caught up in the stress, conflicts, and challenges that come our way. A significant part of this Challenge is intention around your interactions with others.

For the next 30 days (and forever), give great attention to eliminating strife from your daily routine. Intentionally seek out moments of joy, laughter and connection. Let go of grudges, forgive past hurts, and release any negative energy that may be weighing you down. Take the time to uplift and encourage your team members, colleagues, and loved ones, and operate in love!

The Giving Exercise

Exercise the biblical principle of seedtime and harvest through our daily giving exercise. We're challenging CEOs to go beyond business as usual and invest their time, energy, effort, and money into advancing the kingdom of God.
